The apartment is from the 1930's and it is reconstructed. It is a spacious loft and has a special atmosphere. You can enjoy the big open space area double-side oriented, but anytime you can decide to separate the sleeping area with the large sliding doors.

The apartment includesa large entry area, living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, small fancy bathroom with the shower ,the sleeping area with a queen size bed and the small balcony. It offers accommodation for 4 – 5 persons . 2 persons sleep in the bedroom, 2 persons sleep in the living room on sofa becoming double bed and 5th person sleeps on helping folding bed.

It is on the raised ground floor, living area of the apartment is facing the east and the quiet street, and sleeping area with the balcony is facing the west and the private park area.

You will enjoy the silence of the peaceful, safe and quiet residential area.

You'll also enjoy the neighborhood, one of the most vibrant districts of Zagreb. Just around the corner you will find a local food market "Kvatrić" with a wide range of local food products, and with fresh fruit and vegetables. You will find many restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, shops, bakeries, pastry shops, fast food corners and nearby are also several night clubs for the young people.

At this location there are available many tram and city bus lines which connect this neighborhood with all parts of the city. Tram and bus stops are 2 min away.
If you are coming by car consider that there is a public garage near – on the crossing with the next street - 2 min walking distance.
